Cheesecake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. softened butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 egg
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat brown sugar and butter until fluffy.
    Stir in Bisquick and pecans until crumbly.
    Reserve 1 cup of the mixture.
    Press remainder in baking pan.
    Bake 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Mix cream cheese and white sugar.
    Beat in remainder of ingredients until smooth and spread over cooked bottom.
    Sprinkle with rest of crumbs.
    Bake until center is firm, approximately 25 minutes.
