Banana Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 mashed bananas
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream shortening and margarine. Add sugar. Cream well. Add eggs 1 at a time. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture with mashed bananas, milk, vanilla and nuts. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done in a greased and floured tube pan.
