Communion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely ground flour (preferably whole grain)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp. water, room temperature
Preparation
    Beat oil-water until frothy.
    Mix with flour to form dough. Mix well and roll between wax paper.
    Roll 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut with pastry wheel 1/2-inch square.
    Prick each square.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 to 475\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Yields 250.
