Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. fresh strawberries, quartered
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Butter and flour 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
    Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl; mix well.
    In a separate bowl, blend oil and eggs into strawberries; add to flour mixture.
    Stir in nuts, blending until dry ingredients are just moistened.
    Divide batter between pans. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Let cool in pans on rack for 10 minutes.
    Turn loaves out; cool completely.
    Makes 2 loaves.
