Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Cream butter with sugar until fluffy; beat in egg.
Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
Blend well to make stiff dough.
Wrap in wax paper. Chill overnight.
Take 1/2 at a time to roll out on floured board to about 1/4-inch thick.
Cut out and bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown, 10 minutes.
