Ingredients

1 pkg. oreo cookies
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Crush cookies well.
Mix pudding and milk.
Add cream cheese. Stir well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Put half cookies in bottom of oblong dish.
Pour mixture over cookies.
Add rest of cookies to top.
Chill and serve.
