Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. loosely packed, coarsely grated zucchini
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat into eggs the white sugar and brown sugar.
    Add oil and vanilla.
    Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
    Stir in grated zucchini and nuts.
    Bake in 2 or 3 small greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes in pans.
