Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Accent
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Cut meat into 1/4 to 1/2-inch strips.
Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain strips on paper.
Pat excess off.
Put oven on lowest heat.
Put meat on wire rack; dry for 10 hours.
