Banana Date Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. Karo light corn syrup
1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed (2)
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat at medium speed the eggs, syrup and corn oil.
Add bananas.
Stir in flour mixture until moist.
Stir in dates and walnuts.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
