Western Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    4 large onions, sliced and separated in rings
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 can green lima beans, drained
    2 cans large lima beans, drained
    1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
    1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) jar New England style baked beans, undrained
Preparation
    Pan-fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain on towel; set aside.
    Place onion rings in large skillet and add the sugar, mustard, garlic powder, salt and vinegar.
    Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
    Add onion mixture to the beans.
    Pour into 3-quart casserole.
    Bake covered 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer. Crumble bacon over beans.
    Makes 12 servings.
