Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven for 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in zucchini; mix well.
    Mix together dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture.
    Stir until blended.
    Spoon mixture into two greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
