Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Blend brown sugar and oil until smooth.
    Add egg, buttermilk and vanilla, then add dry ingredients.
    Fold in rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 1 large or 2 small pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
