Sour Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together shortening and sugar.
Add beaten eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on cookie sheet, 2-inches apart.
Sprinkle sugar on baked cookies.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Yields 100 cookies.
