8 thin sliced linguica
1/4 c. olive oil
2 chopped onions
1 clove minced garlic
1 (16 oz.) can marinara sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. diced Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 box cooked lasagna noodles
