Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3 large)
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until a wooden pick inserted in center of the bread comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
    Let cool 10 minutes, then loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove.
    Let cool completely before slicing.
    Makes 1 loaf.
    Freezes well.
