Holiday Breakfast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1-1/2 cup oil
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup coconut
    2 cups dried bananas
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients. Add blended eggs and oil. Mix. Add remaining 5 ingredients. Makes 2 loaves of bread. Grease and flour pans. Pour mixture into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
