Mexican Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can creamed corn
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese and chilies. Grease casserole dish. Pour half mixture in dish. Spread with chilies and half of cheese. Add remaining mix and sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
