(Zucchini) Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. zucchini, grated
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Beat egg, oil and milk together. Add zucchini and liquid mixture to dry ingredients.
    Stir well. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
