Strawberry Bread With Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Save 1/2 cup juice for spread. Mix all dry ingredients.
Make a hole in center.
Pour strawberries, oil and eggs in hole.
Mix well. Add nuts.
Pour into 2 bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
