Menehune Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can Del Monte crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
4 slices white or whole wheat bread
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple.
Mix in bread.
Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
