Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie pastry
7 or 8 slices minced bacon
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/3 onion
4 eggs
2 c. rich milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry shell. Beat eggs. Add other ingredients and pour into shell.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake another 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes. Serve in wedges.
May add asparagus or spinach. Serves 6 or 8.
