Country Cornmeal Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal (plain)
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. honey
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Blend eggs, milk, butter and honey. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until done and brown.
