Fish In Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. packaged biscuit mix
3/4 c. beer
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
4 (8 oz.) fish fillets
oil

Preparation

Beat together biscuit mix, beer, egg and salt. Coat fish fillets with batter. Skillet fry in hot oil until done, 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
