Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter (Brenden likes smooth and Lee likes chunky!)
1 c. sugar
1 large egg, beaten slightly
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together all in bowl until evenly mixed.
Roll into walnut-sized balls (smaller will make crispier cookies and larger balls will be chewier).
Place on cookie sheet (ungreased).
Press crisscross pattern into each cookie with sugar-dipped fork.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Yields 24 to 30 cookies.
