Baked Chicken Salad(Yields 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed chicken, cooked
    4 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 c. toasted croutons
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. toasted, slivered or chopped almonds
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small jar pimento
    4 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick of butter in pan and brown 2 cups of croutons in oven.
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and 2 cups croutons. Pile chicken mixture in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese and 2 cups croutons.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven. Cut into squares before serving.
