Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. mace
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar and butter.
    Cream with electric mixer.
    Add salt, zucchini and vanilla; mix well.
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder and spices. Mix well.
    Add to zucchini mixture and mix well.
    Add nuts and stir in well.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans sprayed with Pam.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Cool in pans for about 15 minutes.
    Remove from pans and put on cake rack to finish cooling.
    Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
