Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned fresh pumpkin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
    Make a hole in the dry ingredients and add the oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
    Mix together well.
    Then mix in pecans.
    Grease and flour two loaf pans.
    Fill each with 1/2 of the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    You can substitute walnuts for pecans.
