Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 carrots, grated
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs; beat
    in sugar and oil.
    Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with zucchini.
    Stir in raisins and walnuts. Put in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Raisins and walnuts are optional.
