Beef In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    8 oz. uncooked noodles (about 5 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Spread noodles in 2-quart casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
