Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together first 3 ingredients; add remaining ingredients, except coconut and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet.
(Allow room for cookies to spread.)
Sprinkle cookies with coconut.
Bake 15 minutes or until browned lightly.
