Chili Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. steamed rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. diced Ortega chilies or more
    3/4 lb. shredded Jack cheese
    2 c. Cheddar for top
Preparation
    Steam rice 25 minutes. Mix all ingredients and top with Cheddar in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Place in oven for about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Could add cooked chicken or beef.
