Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. old fashioned oats
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    baking powder
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    2 to 4 c. flour (for rolling out)
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Add milk and oil; mix well. Roll 1 tablespoon of dough very thin on well floured pastry cloth to dinner plate size.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 3 minutes; turn over and bake 2 to 4 minutes more, until crisp golden brown.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
    Cool on cooling rack.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
