Chocolate-Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Stir
    together
    flour,
    cocoa,
    baking powder, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    In large bowl cream shortening and sugar until
    light.
    Add
    eggs
    and beat until fluffy.
    Add potatoes and vanilla;
    mix
    until well blended.
    Stir in flour mixture alternately with
    milk.
    Stir
    in
    nuts.
    Pour
    into
    13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
