Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
3/4 to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
5 c. Bisquick or other biscuit mix
1 c. buttermilk plus 2 Tbsp.
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and gently form into balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
