Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. honey
2/3 c. shortening (I use butter Crisco)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts or raisins
1 pkg. chocolate chips (7 oz.)

Preparation

Cream shortening and honey; add eggs and vanilla.
Measure flour and soda; mix.
Add to creamed mixture.
Stir other ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in moderate oven until lightly browned.
