Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    6 overripe bananas
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, shortening and bananas; blend well.
    Add flour and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Taste better if frozen, then thawed.
