Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix sugar, margarine, cocoa and oil.
Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add to chocolate mixture, mixing after each addition.
Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonful into confectioners sugar, coating lightly.
Shape into balls. Place on greased baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
Flatten slightly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen.
