Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. or more cooked and cut up chicken
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy skillet.
Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix in broth and milk.
Stir until thick.
Add chicken.
Serve on biscuits.
Serves 4 to 6.
