Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
Combine butter and cocoa and stir into egg mixture.
Add pecans and coconut, mixing well.
Pour mixture into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until set.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
