Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. Mozzarella, shredded
    1 (8 count) tube crescent rolls
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    scant 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet and saute zucchini and onion until tender. Remove from heat.
    Mix together eggs and cheese, then add spices.
    Line 10-inch pie plate with rolls to make crust and spread with mustard.
    Mix zucchini and onion with egg mixture; pour into pie plate.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm.
