Cool Rise White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. softened butter
1 c. and 2 Tbsp. hot tap water
cooking oil
Preparation

Spoon flour into a 1 cup measuring cup; level off.
Set aside. Combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Add hot tap water to bowl.
Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup more flour.
Beat at high for 1 minute until thick and elastic.
