Seelbach Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 1/2 oz. butter
    7 oz. granulated sugar
    5 oz. brown sugar (light)
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 oz. oatmeal (dry)
    7 1/2 oz. cake flour
    7 1/2 oz. high gluten (bread flour)
    16 oz. chocolate chips
    12 oz. pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and both sugars together with a paddle.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla and lemon.
    Mix all dry ingredients and incorporate into sugar mixture.
    Add chocolate chips and pecans; mix just long enough to incorporate evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 until outside layer is slightly firm and inside is soft.
    Makes approximately 2 dozen.
