Ingredients

1 lb. unsalted butter
1 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Beat the butter until very fluffy.
Add sugar very slowly and beat.
Add flour very slowly and by small amounts.
Keep on beating very good.
Add potato chips and blend by hand.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Cookies should be the size of a walnut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
