Applesauce Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. applesauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Mix in nuts.
    Combine applesauce, beaten eggs, lemon juice, rind and butter.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir only until no dry flour is visible.
    Pour into 3 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
