Apricot Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can apricots
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large egg, beaten or 2 small ones
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (9 or 10-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Drain juice from apricots.
    Mix flour and sugar and combine with beaten egg.
    Add melted butter and apricot juice.
    Place apricots in pie shell.
    Cut side up.
    Pour custard over the apricots.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and continue baking until custard is set and crust lightly browned. Serve with whipped cream.
