Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. light margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs (can be cut to 1 egg)
Preparation
    Use your favorite bread recipe. When dough has risen once, take a piece of the dough (equal to the amount of 1 loaf) and stretch it flat on a greased cookie sheet.
    It will be uneven and bumpy.
    Spread melted butter lightly over the dough and sprinkle lightly with coarse salt.
    Do not let rise.
    Put in a hot (400\u00b0) oven immediately and bake about 30 minutes or until nice and crusty.
