Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3 slices dry bread, crumbled
    1 diced onion
    1/2 c. dried celery
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into balls, roll in flour. Put into greased dish and cook, tightly covered, for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
