Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    warm water
    hot oil or shortening for deep frying
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add enough warm water so dough can be mixed.
    Turn out on floured board and knead until not sticky.
    Put bowl over dough and let rest for 15 minutes.
    Take small orange size pieces of dough and pat into 1/2-inch thick circle.
    Stretch a little more and deep fry until golden brown on both sides.
