Baked Fish Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 fresh catfish fillets
1/2 c. melted margarine
salt, pepper and garlic salt
1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
lemon juice
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Arrange catfish fillets in a casserole dish with skin side down.
Pour melted margarine over fillets.
Season both sides with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Cover fillets with spinach and sprinkle with lemon juice over spinach.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with Cheddar cheese; bake 10 more minutes. Delicious!!!
