Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in blender.
    Add dry mix.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 big loaves.
